By this application, applicant is seeking relaxation of condition of order passed by this Court (Coram : M.S.Karnik, J.) dated 01.02.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the said bail order this Court has imposed the condition on applicant that "applicant shall not leave Mumbai/Mumbai Suburban District without permission of the trial Court."

The applicant is businessman, he has to travel out of Mumbai frequently and every time he has to apply before the trial Court for taking permission. The applicant is resident of Mumbai he has immovable property in Mumbai, hence requested to relax the condition. 4.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the 1/2

I have heard both the learned counsel. Applicant is resident of Mumbai. He has base in Mumbai. Considering this fact, I pass following order.

ORDER

a) Interim application is allowed.

b) Condition No.(f) of paragraph No.22 of order the dated 01.02.2024 is relaxed.
