This Court vide order dated 25th April 2024 granted bail to the applicant and as one of the conditions, the applicant was directed to attend the Marol Police Station once in a month. However, it is pointed out that the Marol Police Station is a beat Chowky, therefore, he has to attend the Sahar Police Station.

It is further submitted that even otherwise a sufficient period has lapsed after imposing such condition and accordingly, he prays for relaxation of condition no. (e) of the operative part of the order dated 25th April 2024.
