By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to comply with a statement made on behalf of the applicant and as recorded in paragraph 5 of the order dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) in Bail Application No.3984 of 2023. 2.

As per the aforesaid statement, the applicant was to deposit amount of Rs.10 lakhs before the trial Court within four months from the date of the order. The time period has expired. 3.

The applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the said amount within one week from today.
