The learned APP would place on record decision of the Apex Court in the case of The State of Uttar Pradesh vs. Aman Mittal & Anr. qua the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and Indian Penal Code, 1860. At the request of the learned APP, list the Writ Petition on 01.08.2024 on Supplementary Board.
