Heard learned Advocate Shri.Sathyanarayanan in Interim Application for the Applicant - LR of deceased - Respondent No.2 - Complainant.

This is an Application for bringing her name on record. Copy of death certificate is annexed. The date of death is 16th November 2023. Earlier, there was some difficulty of e-filing this Application. It is recorded on 7th May 2024. Now, the Interim Application is already numbered. Copy is already served on learned Advocate for the Applicant - convicted Accused in person.

Today, no one is there. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant - convicted Accused to amend the Application.

CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO.205 OF 2022 7.
The Applicant - convicted Accused was permitted to deposit a cheque for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) in the Registry. It got dishonoured. Later on, Demand Draft for the said amount was permitted to be deposited. Finally, the amount is deposited and withdrawn by the Applicant - husband as contended by Mr. Sathyanarayanan.

There is an order dated 16th October 2023, recording the submissions of the Applicant-Accused in person to pay the entire remaining amount within a period of six (6) weeks. It is not complied with. It is submitted that the Applicant used to remain present in person.

Today, she is not present. Let, copy of this Application be served on the Applicant in person. The Respondent No.2 is at liberty to ask for vacating the interim relief if till the next date, the amount is not paid.

In view of that, stand over to 9th September 2024. To be listed "High on Board".
