This is an application for condonation of delay of one day in filing the Appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the Special Judge, M.C.O.C. Act, Thane, in Special MCOC Case No.7 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was in jail. His relatives were trying to get his signature on the Vakilpatra. Some time was spent and lost in getting his signature in the correct format on a proper Vakilpatra. Therefore, there is delay of one day.
