Learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner Satish Sangar
2-WP-2364-2024+IA-2483-2024+IA(ST)-21832-2024.odt submits that the Petitioner's daughter's birthday is on 6th April 2025 and therefore, the Petitioner would like to celebrate her birthday along with his parents and sister.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 left the matter to the discretion of the Court as far as attending the birthday is concerned.

Therefore, considering the special occasion, we are permitting the Petitioner, his parents and sister to visit Delhi and celebrate the birthday of the Petitioner's daughter on 6th April 2025 between 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. with her at the Respondent No.2's residence.

It is made clear that the status-quo as far as the custody is concerned, shall be maintained by both the parties and the parties shall maintain peace.

By consent, stand over to 15th April 2025. To be listed at 10.30 a.m. Before that date, the parties shall complete their respective pleadings.
6.
The earlier ad-interim order shall continue till the next date.
