Since, we are informed that the learned senior counsel Mr. Salve representing the Respondent No.2 is presently on his legs before some other bench, at his request, re-notify to 15.10.2024 at 3.30 p.m.

Till the next date of hearing, the Order dated 03.09.2024 shall continue to operate.

It is open for the Petitioner alongwith his sister to visit the child on the weekend i.e. on Saturday and Sunday, as per the time which is suitable to the child as indicated in the earlier order.

We however make it clear that there shall be no photographs taken by either of the parties of the visit, though the CC TV camera in the house shall be kept on. The parties, until and unless directed by this Court, shall not file any affidavit regarding the said visit, either in this Court or any other Court of law.
