Ms Irani, learned counsel representing the Respondent No. 2 inform that, though an FIR is fled against the petitioner in Delhi, she is not presently precipitating the same and, therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner that he may be arrested when he travels to Delhi, is totally unfounded. 2.
