(i) Substantive sentence awarded by Judicial Magistrate First Class-4, Vasai in S. C. C. No. 5130 of 2015 and confirmed by Kishor 1/2

19 (ii) IA 2491 of 2024.doc Additional Sessions Judge-2, Vasai in Criminal Appeal No.04 of 2021 is suspended during the pendency of Revision subject to following conditions :- (a) To furnish Personal Bond and Security Bond of ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only). To be furnished before the trial Court within four (4) weeks. (b) To deposit an amount of ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) before the trial Court within four (4) weeks. (ii) In view of the above, the arrest warrant is stayed. Prayer for cancellation can be made before trial Court and trial court to decide the same.
