This application is filed by the accused to relax condition no.(iv) imposed while granting bail in the order passed in Bail Application No. 831 of 2022. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Uttar Pradesh and therefore he finds it difficult to attend the police station at Thane. He submits that the trial has commenced and the applicant is attending all the dates. by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

Learned APP submits that if condition no. (iv) is to be relaxed, the applicant be directed to attend all the dates before the trial court and he be directed to furnish address and telephone numbers before the trial court. 4.

Considering that the trial has commenced and the applicant is attending the dates before the trial court, the condition can be relaxed. Hence, the following order is passed :

(i) Condition no. (iv) in order dated 5th April 2023 is modified and the applicant is directed to attend all the dates before the trial court, unless exempted by the trial court by a written order.

(ii) The applicant shall submit particulars of the place of residence and contact number in the Trial Court, and the same shall not be changed without the leave of the Trial Court.

(iii) If there is a breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of the applicant's bail.

(iv) The remaining conditions in order dated 5th April 2/3

2023 shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the appellant.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
