By Order dated 24.06.2024, this Court had granted bail to the Applicants. Prayer clause 13(a) of the aforesaid Order is as follows :- "13(a) The Applicants - Mahesh Sharma and Saroj Mahesh Sharma be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.4 of 2024 registered with the N.R.I. Coastal Police Station on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount."

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants are from Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, it is very difficult to to provide two local solvent sureties. Accordingly, Clause 13(a) of the aforesaid Order dated 24.06.2024 is modified as follows : Anand Page No.1
