By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to comply with order dated 06th May, 2024 for furnishing surety. By order dated 06th May, 2024, the applicant was granted bail subject to furnishing P.R. Bond of 15,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount and the applicant was ₹ permitted to furnish cash bail surety in the sum of 15,000/- for a period of ₹ six weeks in lieu of surety.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that if extension is granted by at least four weeks, the applicant would be able to comply with the directions given in order dated 06th May, 2024. 3.

As a matter of last chance, the applicant is granted extension of time by four weeks to comply with order dated 06th May, 2024. No further Shrikant Malani
