In these applications, the applicant is the same person, who was granted bail in two different cases.

These interim applications are filed on behalf of the applicant seeking modification of conditions (c) and (d) imposed in orders dated 19th March, 2024, whereby two bail applications were allowed. 3.

It is submitted that the applicant is a 70 years old woman and a resident of Pune. As per condition (c) in both the orders, the applicant is Shrikant Malani

903.IA.2520.2024.doc required to visit the office of the DCB-CID, Mumbai on every Saturday, to abide by the said condition. It is submitted that the said condition may be relaxed in the interest of justice.

It is further prayed that this Court may consider granting permission to the applicant to furnish provisional cash bail, for a period of two weeks.

Although the learned APPs have opposed the prayers in the present applications, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the applicant has abided by the condition till now, the applications are allowed.

Accordingly, the applicant is permitted in both the applications to furnish cash bail for a period of two weeks. Condition No.(c) in both the orders is modified to read as follows:

"(c) The applicant shall attend the office of D.C.B.-CID, Property Cell, Mumbai, on first Saturday of every month, till framing of charge."

The applications are disposed of.
