Our attention is invited to the order dated 25.04.2024 when on instructions from P.S.I. Mr. Gurav of Bhosari Police Station, a statement was made, that the investigation of the crime is complete and charge-sheet is ready to be fled. Accordingly, this Court directed the Investigating Offcer to fle charge-sheet within a period of three weeks. 2.
The grievance of the applicant today is, there is no compliance of this order, and he would invite our attention to R.V.Patil
2/2 21 IA.2521.2024.odt the deliberate infraction of the directions from this Court, and accordingly, prayer clause (b) is formulated in the Interim Application, apart from the relief of restoring the Criminal Application to be heard on merit.
Let Mr. Gavand, the learned APP obtain necessary instructions, as we would like to know as to why there was a disobedience of the order of this Court by the Investigating Offcer. If at all the explanation is to be offered, it shall only come from the Investigating Offcer.
