1] In our order dated 08.07.2024 we indicated that there is complete disobedience on the part of the Investigating Officer who made a statement before the Court that the investigation in the crime is complete and charge sheet is ready to be filed, but he never filed the charge sheet.

2] We want PSI Mr. Gurav of Bhosari Police Station to file an Affidavit as to what circumstances compelled him not to file charge sheet.
