Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 07.05.2024 passed by this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) in Bail Application No.4133 of 2023. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI has tendered reply to the application. The same is on record.

During the course of arguments, it was submitted on behalf of the respondent CBI that the condition ought not to be modified till further investigation is undertaken and that there was a reason why this Court in the said order stated that the said condition would apply for a period of three years or till conclusion of trial.

Considering the specific submissions made while opposing the present application, it would be appropriate that this application is placed before the same Hon'ble Judge, who had passed the order dated 07.05.2024.

The Registry is directed to place this application before the Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.), which passed the order on 07.05.2024. 6.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to mention. 7.
