Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for respondent-State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/relaxation of condition Nos.(c) and (f) imposed by order dated 14th December 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to nearest police station close to his residence while staying outside Pune, once in a week i.e. every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and not to enter Pune District after being released on bail, till the trial concludes.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant's family stays in Pune District. The applicant recently underwent operation for kidney disease. He is out of Pune District for two years and he is attending Court dates regularly, hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the facts that the applicant is attending court dates regularly, he has undergone operation for kidney disease and his family stays in Pune District, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clauses (c) and (f) of the order dated 14th December 2023 passed by this Court (Coram :M. S. Karnik, J.) are relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend Kondhwa Police Station once in a month on every 1st Monday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm..

The interim application stands disposed of.
