By this interim application, the applicant seeks extension of time to comply with orders dated 07.03.2024 and 02.04.2024 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.3401 of 2023. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now the solvency certificate is ready and if this Court grants extension of time, the applicant would be able to comply with the said order. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the light of the submissions made before this Court, the application is allowed and extension of time is granted by three weeks.
