We have considered the application and considering the fact that the earlier bail application was rejected on 29/07/2019 (Criminal Application No.532 of 2019), we are not inclined to entertain the application in absence of any change in circumstances, except the period of imprisonment undergone. While we dispose off the Interim Application, we confer the liberty in the counsel for the appellant to mention the Appeal to be listed for final hearing by fixing a date after Christmas Vacation as the R & P with the paper book is received and the Appeal is reported to be ready for final hearing.
