1) This is an Application seeking amendment in the cause title of the Order dated 18th March 2024, passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.2514 of 2023.

2) Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the said Petition is already disposed off by Order dated 18th March 2024. That, while filing the said Writ Petition No.2514 of 2023, the middle name of the Petitioner i.e. 'Prakash', has been erroneously typed and as a consequence thereof, while passing Order dated 18th March 2024, the same middle name 'Prakash' continued to appear in the cause title of the said Order. RVC 37 Ia-2607-2024.doc submitted that, the correct full name of the Applicant/Petitioner is 'Dnyaneshwar Prabhakar Kharmate' and not 'Dnyaneshwar Prakash Kharmate'.

2.1) Likewise, in the 8th line of para No.7 of the Order dated 18th March 2024, the word 'contract' has been erroneously typed instead of word 'contradiction'. The correct word is 'contradiction' . 3) Learned counsel for the Applicant therefore submitted that, he may be permitted to effect the necessary amendment in the cause title of Writ Petition No.2514 of 2023.

Leave granted.

4) As a consequence therefore, the name of the Applicant/Petitioner in the Order dated 18th March 2024 be read as 'Dnyaneshwar Prabhakar Kharmate' and not 'Dnyaneshwar Prakash Kharmate' .
