The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant furnished the PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- on 15.05.2017 in the police station, the condition imposed to furnish PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- may be relaxed as it was imposed vide order dated 1st September 2016 and modified vide order dated 15th March 2019. He further submits that as far as surety of the like amount is concerned, he would submit the said within two weeks from today. 2.

The condition of furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- is hereby relaxed.

The time of two weeks is extended for furnishing surety as directed by this Court vide order dated 1st September 2016 by two weeks.
