This application is for relaxation of the condition namely not to enter into Pune City till the completion of trial. The applicant is seeking to relax the condition on the ground that his wife is pregnant and to take care of her, the condition may be relaxed. 2.

It is pointed out that the better medical facilities are available in Pune and therefore, it is in the interest of his wife as well as child.

Considering the reason on which the relaxation is sought, varsha
