Mr. Almedia, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that the Applicant has not deposited the entire settlement amount of Rs.1,61,35,601/- in compliance of the Order dated 22nd February 2024. Therefore, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks time to take instructions.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2) In compliance of the Order dated 22nd February 2024, the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.80,00,000/-, i.e., 50 percent of the amount of Rs.1,61,35,601/- stated in the said Order. Therefore, Applicant/Original Complainant has filed this Application and prayed to withdraw the said amount of Rs.80,00,000/-.

3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant Mr. Edwin Anlsemose Theodore states that he has no objection for the said withdrawal. 4) Hence, the Application is allowed.

5) Respondent No.2 - Mrs. Margareate Teresa Gerold is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.80,00,000/-. 6) Interim Application stands disposed of.
