Heard learned Advocate Ms. Bhandarkar for Applicants in all these revision applications.

As directed on 06/08/2024, an affidavit of the private service is e-filed. Its hard copy dated 06/08/2024 is taken on record and marked as 'Annexure X'. Second affidavit dated 17/08/2024 is in respect of deposit of the amount and furnishing surety. That affidavit is also taken on board and marked as 'Annexure-Y'. It mentions about deposit of Rs. 60,000/-. However, it does not mention about furnishing bail. 3.
Let Applicant on the next date to file an affidavit that bail is furnished.

It is submitted on instructions that the Complainant has met the Applicant and he has demanded amount more than amount of fine. However, the Complainant is not appearing in this Court. 5.
Let matter be referred to the Mediation. Hence the Order:- 3/4
ORDER
(i) Let matter be referred to the District and Sessions Court, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa for a Mediation. (ii) Let learned Deputy Registrar, Main Mediation Committee to send this matter for a mediation to concerned authorities of District and Sessions Court, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa with a request to appoint mediator therein.
(iii) Let the Applicant to appear before the Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa on 09/09/2024 at 11.00 a.m.
(iv) Let Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa to appoint a Mediator and the said Mediator to issue notice to the accused and then to conduct mediation.
(v) The Secretary need not make hurry in sending a report merely on the basis of few meetings.

Matter be kept on 11th November 2024.
