1) This is second occasion wherein the Applicant/Petitioner has to file an application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 1358 of 2014, which was dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 22nd April 2024. 2) Mr. Thool, learned counsel appearing for Applicant, on instructions, submitted that, the Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, for restoration of the Petition.

3) In view thereof, for the reasons stated in the Application and subject to payment of said cost of Rs.10,000/- by the Applicant to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from today, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
