Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 has pointed out that this is a second bail Application on the ground that the Applicant's mother needs urgent surgery and there is nobody in the home to look after her in the hospital. Earlier bail Application was rejected on merits on 30/01/2024. 3.

Records show that by order dated 23/09/2024, the Court had directed learned APP to take instructions in respect the averments in the Application. 4.

Learned APP has placed on record the copy of the letter dated 12/11/2024 issued by the Police Inspector of the Vinoba Bhave Police Station, Mumbai alongwith letter dated 11/11/2024 issued by the Masina akn 1/2

It is pointed out by learned APP that as per the said letters, the Applicant has 4 real brothers who are available to take care of the mother's hospitalization. It is further pointed out that the Applicant is seeking time since October, 2024 and not proceeding with the matter. This can be seen from the order dated 09/10/2024. Today also nobody is present for the Applicant.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the matter be placed on 12/12/2024, for disposal as a last chance for the Applicant, to proceed with the matter.
