The Interim Application is filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in clause (iv).
2.
We are not satisfied with the reasoning stated in the Application and the only submission that the said condition is causing inconvenience to the Applicant, according to us, is not a sufficient justification for withdrawing of the said condition, which in fact has directed the Applicant to mark his appearance once in a month. Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to relax this condition.
In the result, the Application stands dismissed. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE,J.) (BHARATI DANGRE, J.) M.M.Salgaonkar
