Heard learned counsel for the applicants. By this application, the applicants are seeking the following reliefs: "a.

That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased relax and/or modify the condition (a) imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 14/06/2024 passed in Bail Application No. 1857 of 2022 and further be pleased to release the Applicants on Cash Bail of an amount of Rs. 50,000/- in lieu of sureties for the period of Eight (8) Weeks;

b.

This Hon'ble Court further be pleased to correct the FIR number mentioned in the condition (a) of the order dated 14/06/2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Bail Application No. 1857 of 2022, thereby replacing it with 'FIR No. 52 of 2021 registered with DCB, CID, Unit- V, Mumbai and after filing of Chargesheet being numbered as Sessions Case No. 828 of 2021 pending on the files of Ld. Sessions Court, Mumbai';"

Insofar as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the same deserves to be granted and accordingly it is granted, thereby replacing the FIR number mentioned in condition No.(a) in the order dated 14.06.2024 in the following manner:

'FIR No. 52 of 2021 registered with DCB, CID, Unit- V, Mumbai and after filing of Chargesheet being numbered as Sessions Case No. 828 of 2021 pending on the files of Ld. Sessions Court, Mumbai';

Insofar as prayer clause (a) is concerned, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on cash bail amount and in this situation, the learned counsel for the applicants requests that this Court may reduce the amount of P.R. Bond and sureties to be furnished by the applicants. 4.

In that light, condition No.(a) in the order dated 14.06.2024 is modified and the amount is reduced from 50,000/- to 25,000/- each. ₹ ₹ 5.

The application stands disposed of.
