By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 31st October 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, 'except for attending the trial, the Applicant shall not enter the area of Pune Corporation limits and Pimpri Chinchwad Corporation limits. 42-IA-2667-2024.doc submit that, the Applicant is lady. Her family stay's in Pune In present matter investigation is completed. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may threaten the prosecution witnesses. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel's and reasons mentioned in Application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(4) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 8th May 2024 is modified as under:- "The Applicant shall not enter in the Pimpari-Chinchwad Corporation area, till framing of charge."

(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
