Heard learned Advocate Shri.Dheeraj Patil for the Applicant - convicted Accused and learned APP.

There is a concurrent finding of fact. There is conviction by the Court of JMFC - Kolhapur for the offences under Sections 354, 354-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") and the punishment is one (1) year for every offence and Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) fine for every offence.

Whereas, the Appellate Court altered the conviction, that is to say, convicted the Applicant for the offence under Section 509 of IPC. The sentence is also reduced.

The Applicant is directed to attend before the trial Court tomorrow.
