This is an application for grant of temporary bail on medical ground. The necessary documents in respect of medical treatment required by the Applicant is filed alongwith the application.

Thus, considering the medical ground stated in the SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE application, I pass the following order;

ORDER
i.
It is directed that the Applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of six weeks in connection with Crime No.119 of 2023 registered with Uran Police Station, District : Raigad for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), Sections 3, 4, 5 of Prize Chits Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978, Sections 3, 4, 6, 21, 22, 23, 25 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, 2019 and Sections 3, 4 of Maharashtra Protection of Investors and Depositors Act, 1999, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount;
ii.
The Applicant shall report the nearest Police Station once in a fortnight on Saturday between 10:00 am to 11:00 am. iii.
The Applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on 9th September, 2024 by 11:00 am failing which the concerned Police Station incharge shall take appropriate action for arresting the Applicant.
