By this interim application, the applicant is seeking interim bail of two weeks on the ground that the father of the applicant is ailing. There are no medical papers placed on record and the investigating officer informs this Court that the father of the applicant is actually residing in Pune. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the father of the applicant is aged about 85 years and on this ground, this Court may consider allowing the present application. by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

In the absence of any medical papers or verifiable material to support the prayer made in the present application for grant of interim bail for two weeks, the same cannot be considered favourably. 4.

The interim application is dismissed.
