By this application, the Applicant is seeking modification of this bail order.

The condition imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J) order dated 25th September, 2023. By the said order, condition No.(c), "the Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of Vashi Police Station once in a month every Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

45-IA-2729-2024 (CR).doc first Monday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m". Learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed against the Applicant. The Applicant is attending the Court's date regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Considering the submissions of learned for the Applicant and reasons mentioned in the Application, the condition No.(c) imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J) vide order dated 25th September, 2023 is relaxed.
