Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to tender an affidavit of the applicant No. 2 Smt. Heena Deepak Shah.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.2 could not deposit the amount as per the undertaking, which was recorded in the Order Talwalkar 1/2
13.IA2777.2024.doc dated 26th April, 2024. The applicant No. 2 has stated in the affidavit that she is unable to make the said deposit. The learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that since the aforesaid Order dated 26th April 2024 was made subject to the deposit of the amount of Rs. 58,00,000/-(Rs. Fifty Eight Lakhs) within a period of 6 weeks from the date of deposit of Rs. 10,00,000/-(Rs. Ten Lakhs), as of now there is no interim protection operating in favour of the applicant No.2 Smt. Heena Deepak Shah.

In view of the aforesaid development, especially the affidavit filed on behalf of Applicant No. 2-Smt. Heena Deepak Shah, it is clarified that there is no interim order in favour of the Applicant No.2 6.
The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. 7.
