This is an Application for restoration of the Criminal Application No.1154 of 2022. It was dismissed for non-prosecution vide the order dated 18th June 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted, that the learned counsel is from Nagpur and he tried to appear before the Court through video conferencing. However, because of technical difficulty, he could not connect through Satish Sangar

66-IA-2793-2024-IN-APL-1154-2022.odt V.C. and therefore, the matter came to be dismissed for nonprosecution. At that time, the Respondent No.2 was represented by an Advocate. Therefore, it is necessary to hear the Respondent No.2.

Notice issued to the Respondent No.2 is returned unserved. Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) Issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 25th June 2025.

(ii) Learned counsel for the Applicants shall give a notice to the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 who had appeared on 18th June 2024.
