By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition Nos.(f) and (g) imposed by this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre, J.) vide order dated 20th August, 2022. 3.

By the said conditions, the Applicant was directed to Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

40-IA-2797-2024 IN BA-68-2022.doc attend the trial Court regularly without seeking any adjournment, and if there is default of two consecutive dates to appear before the trial Court, it will be the ground to cancel the bail. Learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that evidence of the Applicant is over and Applicant has turned into approver, hence his attendance before the trial Court is not required. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned SPP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard all learned counsel.

Considering the facts, the evidence of the Applicant is over and the Applicant has turned into approver, and I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. The condition Nos.(f) and (g) imposed by this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre, J.), are hereby relaxed. ii. The Applicant shall attend the trial Court as and when required.
