The record examined by the learned counsel for the Applicant shows that the notice issued to Respondent Nos.6 to 10 on 26/04/2024 could not be served because of want of time. In that view of the matter, the Interim Application to serve the Respondent Nos.6 to 10 by other means is premature. Learned counsel for the Applicant therefore prays for withdrawal of this application at this stage with liberty to file similar application in future if required.

With such liberty, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed accordingly.
