This is an application for fixing the appeal for final hearing urgently. The Applicant places reliance on liberty granted by the order dated 01/07/2024 by which the interim bail was rejected. 2.

The Applicant is sentenced to suffer 5 years rigorous imprisonment. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that so far the Applicant has suffered 1 year and 3 months of detention. 3.

Considering the short sentence awarded to the Applicant and considering the liberty granted earlier, this application is disposed of by directing the office to place the appeal on final hearing board as per its turn.
