Circulation is sought for the reason that the Applicant is behind bar since 15th June 2024. On that date, his Appeal was dismissed. He is sentenced to simple imprisonment for one (1) year and fine of Rs.4,69,686/- (Rupees Four Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Only).

He has deposited Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only) before the Appellate Court. Now, Mr.Rokade is having instructions that the Accused will deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh) more. Satish Sangar 1/2
