By order dated 5th August 2024, Advocate Devyani Kulkarni was appointed as legal aid advocate to espouse the cause of Respondent No.2. This is an appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Despite thereof, Advocate Kulkarni has not appeared in the matter. The matter was kept back for her appearance and her name was flashed on the display board. However, she did not appear in the matter. The Legal Services Committee may kindly take note of the same.

In view of the above, Advocate Ms. Ameeta Kuttikrishnan is appointed as legal aid advocate to espouse the cause of Respondent No.2.
