By order dated 16.01.2024 the Criminal Application No. 978 of 2019 filed in Criminal Appeal No. 871 of 2019 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim Application No. 2869 of 2024 is taken out seeking its restoration by specifically stating that inadvertently the matter could not be attended and hence it was dismissed for want of prosecution. However, upon gaining knowledge about the same on 15.06.2024, the Application for Chaitanya

On hearing the learned counsel Ms. Anuwal representing the Applicant and on perusal of the reasons cited therein, we deem it appropriate to restore the Criminal Application No. 978 of 2019 to the file.
