This application is for withdrawal of the amount of Rs. Fifty lakhs deposited in this Court, vide C. No. 1122/2023 dated 24th May, 2023, by the Respondent No.1 pursuant to the order dated 17th February 2023 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 1917 of 2022.

Though this Court has directed the Applicant in the said application for deposit of the amount, the issue as to entitlement of the said amount would be subject matter of trial and to be 1st April, 2026

After expressing this view, Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to press his claim before the Trial Court. He further seeks transfer of the amount deposited in this Court to the Trial Court for appropriate further direction.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Office of this court is directed to transfer the amount deposited by the Applicant-accused in Bail Application No. 1917 of 2022 to the Trial Court for its disposal in accordance with law.
