Learned counsel for the applicants has filed a praecipe dated 2nd September 2024 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th August 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that five applicants have filed the Interim Application No. 2911/2024, however, in the cause title of the order dated 27th August 2024, names of only two applicants are recorded. He submits that in para 6, the words "two applicants" be replaced with "five applicants". He further submits that in para 8, it is recorded that ".... the applicants are in custody for about 10 years". The same be altered to read as, "the applicant Nos. 1 to 4 are in custody for about 11 months and applicant No. 5 is in custody for about 9 months."

The order dated 27th August 2024 be corrected in the above terms. Ordered accordingly.
