Heard Mr Nimbalkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant, who seeks an additional extension of the temporary bail granted by this Court on 6 February 2024 to enable the applicant to undergo total Hip Replacement Surgery.

Mr Nimbalkar draws this Court's attention to the Certificate issued by Dr Manoj Todkar, MS (Ortho) on 13 July 2024, _______________________________________________ 30 August 2024

sg 25.ba3637-22.doc which states that the applicant has undergone bilateral Total Hip Replacement Surgery and requires 12 weeks of rest to recover with specific instructions to avoid complications. The investigating officer verified certificate's authenticity. In light of these circumstances, the Court extends the applicant's temporary bail until 13 October 2024. 3.
