Heard learned Advocate for Applicant / convicted Accused. This conviction is awarded by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Class, Uran for the offence punishable under Section 304 (A) IPC. The sentence is as follows :- (i) Rigorous Imprisonment for one year ; and (ii) Fine of ₹6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only).

The conviction is confirmed by the Appellate Court. 3.
On 20th February 2024, this Court has suspended sentence and directed Applicant to give attendance to the trial Court on first Monday of the concerned month once in a year from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

As per the order when Applicant went to Uran Court, his presence was not marked for the reason that there is no communication from the office of this Court. This is evidenced when the Applicant wrote a letter to the Court on 9th May 2024. He has annexed copy of the order, still staff of the Court were reluctant. Hence following directions :- D I R E C T I O N S (i) Let Assistant Superintendent of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Uran to mark the present of the Applicant on first Monday of month of every September of every year in between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (ii) It is not expected for the Applicant to wait in the Court for those two hours. He can mark his presence and he can leave the Court.

(iii) Office to communicate this order to the concerned Court. (iv) Even Applicant is at liberty to place authenticated copy of this order to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Uran.
(v) The hearing of this Revision is expedited.
(vi) This attendance condition will be effective for three (3) years.
(vii) If the Revision is not disposed, the Applicant is at liberty to pray for relaxation of his condition.

Revision be kept on 9th September 2024 under caption 'for Final Hearing'.
