DATED:- 26th AUGUST, 2024 PC :- 1) Since the bail was granted by the Hon'ble Justice M. J. Jamdar and by way of the present application, the applicant is seeking to modify the condition of attending the police station. 2) The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that his grand mother is ill and since he has to attend the police station on every Sunday i.e. holiday and which the only day available for him to go to Bangalore and take care of his grand mother, it is difficult to attend his grand mother.Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that 1/2

16-IA-2951-24+BA.DOC the condition of attending the police station on every Sunday may be modified and may be permitted to attend once in a month. 3) Thus, considering the reasons cited by the learned Counsel for the applicant the condition of attending the Police Station on every Sunday is modified and, the applicant is directed to attend the police station on 1st day of each month between 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm till conclusion of trial, except on the date of trial.

4) The Interim Application is disposed of.
