Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the condition stipulated in clause (v) of the order dated 9 May 2024 of marking of presence of the applicant at Azad Maidan Police Station stands modified as under : "(v) The applicant shall henceforth mark his presence at Azad Maidan Police Station on first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 till further orders."
