The present Interim Application is filed by the Applicant seeking condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the application for leave to Appeal. This Court had issued notices to the Respondent in the application for condonation of delay. All the Respondents are served.

The Applicant's case is that the impugned Judgment and order was passed on 28/03/2024. The certified copy was by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2026.04.18 11:24:00 +0530 applied on 01/04/2024. The same was ready on 19/04/2024. Nesarikar

2 / 2 44-IA-2985-24-IN-ALS-ST-15945-24.odt.odt The proposal was sent to the CBI along with the draft of Appeal on 03/05/2024. The same draft was approved by the Head Office on 12/07/2024. The application is filed on 28/07/2024. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant contends that the delay is for the reasons mentioned above.

Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 does not seriously oppose the application for condonation of delay. 4.

Having heard the counsel appearing for the respective parties, we find that the delay which is caused in filing the present application, is not intentional or deliberate, but for the reasons mentioned above. We, therefore, condone the delay. 5.

The application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay of 28 days in filing the application for leave to file Appeal is accordingly condoned.

Interim Application No.2985 of 2024 is disposed of. 7.

The application for leave to file Appeal is allowed. 8.

The Appeal be registered.
