Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed. Learned Counsel seeks leave to tender the Consent Terms. 3.

Leave granted.

The first informant is present before the Court. The first informant admits the contents of the consent terms and the execution thereof. 5.

Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'. 6.

In view of the consent terms and for the reasons which weighed with SSP 1/2

7 aba 3443 of 2023.doc this Court in granting interim bail, the order dated 11 December 2023 is required to be made absolute.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Application stands allowed.

(ii) The order dated 11 December 2023 granting interim bail to the applicant is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. (iii) The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

(iv) By way of abundant caution, it is clarified that the observations made hereinabove are confined for the purpose of determination of the entitlement for bail.
